Host an Event

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Table Wine. We love helping our customers celebrate, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to be a stellar host.

If you haven't been to Table Wine before, we have a few different seating areas and event options described below. With each option, the event price includes all of your drinks as well as the devoted space for your gathering. We work with you to select the wines (and other beverages, if needed) for your event. You have hundreds of wines to choose from, which helps make every event special. For pricing and more details, email Hannah Moodie, our events coordinator.

The Txoko

Basque for “cozy corner,” the Txoko is a lovely spot to host an intimate gathering. There’s room to mingle and have snacks with your wine. For a seated event, we can accommodate up to 14 people. For a cocktail style event with at least some people standing, we can accommodate up to 20 people.

The Whole Shebang

You can have the run of the place. We will close Table Wine to the public, making the entire space yours. You and your group can enjoy seating in the Txoko as well as in the front window while mingling around the shop. This option is best suited for groups between 20-60 people with the expectation of some sitting and some standing.

The Wine Garden

Our wine garden has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere in a shady, secluded spot. We offer two styles of outdoor events, depending on the size of your group. Because the garden is weather-dependent, please understand that our opening and closing dates may vary. We’re planning on having the garden available for events from May 10 through September 30.

Small Gathering

For groups up to 25 people, you will have a section of the garden all to yourself. Enjoy time with your people at large communal tables. Perfect for wedding or baby showers or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Large Gathering

For groups between 25-60 people, the garden is all yours to enjoy. You can bring in lawn games or simply hang out with your friends and family. You can gather around our communal tables or work with us to have the most suitable  seating arrangement. You will have a dedicated Table Wine staff member on hand as your personal bartender. Plus, there’s even room to invite a food truck or set up catering. Ideal for big birthday bashes, intimate weddings, or family reunions.
