Table Wine and Wm. Chocolate are pairing up for an easygoing yet educational wine and chocolate class. Will Marx, owner of WM Chocolate, will talk about his bean-to-bar process, and you'll learn how to pair chocolate with wine (hint: it's not as easy as it sounds).

This class is part of our Wine School series, which is designed for people who want to go a bit more in depth about certain wine subjects.
