Tasting a wine without knowing what it is can be exciting or daunting. In this class, we'll approach blind tasting with a fun attitude and see what can be learned about your own sense of smell and taste when you can't see the label. This class focuses on strengthening fundamental wine knowledge in a new way. 

This class is a standalone session of Wine School, which is designed for people who want to go a bit more in depth about certain wine subjects. Perhaps more than other classes, this class is intended to be fun while being educational. Come ready to taste, chat, and learn.
