In this class, we'll approach blind tasting with a fun attitude and see what can be learned about your own sense of smell and taste when you can't see the label. This class focuses on strengthening fundamental wine knowledge in a new way.

If you're interested in tasting the wines during class, we will have the wines available for online ordering. Wines will be ready for ordering starting Friday, November 19 (please don’t order before then). We will be sharing minimal details about the wines in advance, and we ask that you don’t peek at the wines we pack up for you. Blind tasting only works if you don’t know what they are.
