The whites from Burgundy, France can smell & taste like seashells or flint. The reds from Sicily might remind you of a gravel road. Tasting wine when you know something about the soil composition of the vineyard is an interesting, informative experience. This class explores what effect different soils have on wine and where in the world you can find great examples of this influence.

This class will be held in person in our communal seating area. Proof of full vaccination is required for all members of your party. We will email details as we get closer to the event, but please understand that we will not honor reservations for unvaccinated people or those who don’t want to show proof of vaccination.

While we love teaching everyone about wine, this class is best suited for people with a strong background in wine. Class size is limited. $25: advance tickets only.
