Be it aged cheddar or fresh chèvre, this wonderful state of ours produces some of the world’s best cheeses. In this class, you’ll learn how to find local cheeses that you’ll love and how to pair them with wines that make them the star of the show.
This class will be held in person in our communal seating area. Proof of full vaccination is required for all members of your party. We will email details as we get closer to the event, but please understand that we will not honor reservations for unvaccinated people or those who don’t want to show proof of vaccination.
