This past autumn, I traveled through France during harvest and experienced winemaking in the most beautiful, immediate way. I visited wineries that I have long adored and some that I newly fell in love with, and I want to share all of their stories with you. This class will be lively & fun with plenty of remarkable French wine, including treats from Eric Texier and Jean-Paul Brun.
