When we recently taught our intro to Riesling class, the interest in learning the finer details of German Riesling was strong. For the first time, we’re focusing a class on the wonderfully organized world of this one grape in the country that made it ubiquitous. Learn about the classification system and how to find a wine with the right level of sweetness for you.
