You smell. You taste. You smell again. Component tasting is a way to learn about wine that’s so fun & so helpful. As you smell/taste a lemon and then smell/taste a lemony wine, you start to understand precisely what that word means and how that note shows up in a wine. Sharpen your skills using your senses of smell and taste. This is your chance to figure out what people mean when they say a wine tastes chalky or has baking spice notes.

This class is ideal for all levels of wine drinkers, from the novice to the learned.This class will be held in person in the Txoko, our communal seating area. Class size is limited. $20: advance tickets only.
