One winemaker decision makes such an enormous impact: what do they want to age their wine in. Stainless steel? Fiberglass? Concrete? Wood? New or old, French or American, what size? How a wine is aged changes how it smells, tastes, even feels in your mouth, and we’re ready to geek out with you about what it all means.


This class is ideal for experienced wine drinkers, and we don’t recommend it for novice learners. It will be held in person in the Txoko, our communal seating area. Class size is limited. $25: advance tickets only. Sign up online.
