South Africa has a little bit of everything for wine lovers: bright whites, big reds, fun sparklings, juicy rosés, sticky dessert wines. From Chenin Blanc to Cabernet Sauvignon, South Africa produces great value wines that are lesser known than most other new world countries. Learn about the major varietals grown there and the regions best known for wine. Plus, Molly is traveling there in early January, so she’ll be freshly back from her visit and ready to share the joy for their wines.

This class is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about wine, from the novice drinker on up. It will be held in person in the Txoko, our communal seating area. Class size is limited. $20: advance tickets only.
