When people talk about terroir, they’re talking about all of the elements that go into making the wine: the place, the grapes, the history. Few regions encapsulate the concept of terroir as well as Burgundy does. This class explores the region in depth, covering the subregions and the key grapes. Taste Pinot Noir and Chardonnay while learning about the history and geography of the area.

This class is part of the French Immersion Series, which includes 3 classes devoted to different wine regions in France. Tickets to these individual classes are not available at this time.
